“ We signed helper, Irish, up to a cooking course run by Jen, and the results exceeded our expectations. Over four lessons, Irish’s knife skills and overall cooking knowledge improved noticeably, but what stood out even more was the growth in her confidence. She’s now taking real ownership of cooking and meal prep in our kitchen.
By the end of the four lessons, Irish cooked us a full meal from a recipe Jen had chosen, perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and a genuine hit with the whole family. She even involved our daughter in the cooking process, which made the whole experience fun for everyone and added another layer of value for our household.
We highly recommend Jen’s course. Irish has built a strong foundation, and if Jen offers more advanced lessons, we’d happily send her back - it’s been a huge benefit to our family. “

Jen offers cooking classes for household helpers in a group or one-on-one format. I can also do this same class for any beginner cook.
Jen also offers custom one-on-one or group lessons. This can look like a few sessions with me at your home, teaching you anything you like.
Another option is a group class at your home with friends. Jen does a great Salads, Side + Condiments Class that is perfect for fresh ideas for all occasions.

No sorry, Jen is keeping these group classes separate. It’s a different teaching style and pace. Jen did create a separate group course for beginner cooks - using similar content. It is great for freshening up some ideas too.
